30 Days Money Back Guarantee Policy
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for your choice of a refund or store credit unless defective or prohibited by law*. But it is important you read the rest of the return process below and that you're aware we reserve the right to charge a handling and restocking fee of 50% the value of your original order.
*If product ordered is defective or damaged upon opening a package, a refund or exchange can be issued once returned and inspected. Damage caused to products by buyer/receiver are not eligible for a refund.
If the product ordered is not the product pictured or described when making a purchase, a refund can be issued once item is returned and inspected.
Dimensions for product size are in product descriptions. Please know your measurements before making a purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds can be issued for orders that are late or not received. An item is considered late after 50 days. Though it normally takes 12-20 business days to receive an order, complications can happen and Axel Xaverio allows up to 50 days for a customer to receive their order. After 50 days if order has not been delivered a refund will be issued upon notification and verification. All orders are tracked and orders shipped to a wrong address due to a customer filling in wrong information are not eligible for a refund. If order is shipped to an address other than what the customer filled out then a refund can be issued.
Our policy lasts 55 days. If 55 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your Order confirmation email is acceptable as a receipt.
A refund may be issued for orders cancelled before items are shipped. Usually items are shipped 1-2 days after purchase and payment completion. If you wish to cancel an order, it is best to do it within 24 hours of purchase. Once order has been shipped a refund will not be issued unless under stated circumstances.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again in a few days after we confirm that we have refund it, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time with your bank as well before a refund is forwarded to you.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving. You can only replace your damaged items with the same items or with other models that is on the same or lesser value.

REMINDER: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!
When shipping your item make sure you get a tracking number and send us the tracking number. If item is missing and there was no tracking number sent to us, no refund will be issued.
You will be responsible to pay your own shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you feel you are eligible for a refund, please notify us first by sending your reason via email to email@example.com and follow further instructions from us.
Changes to these policy
Axel Xaverio reserves the right to revise and make changes to these policy from time to time as may be reasonably necessary to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
