ARE THE SUNGLASSES MADE OF REAL WOOD?

Yes, our sunglasses are made of 100% Eco-friendly and sustainable high quality wood or bamboo. Some with black plastic frames for that vintage look.
 

HOW ABOUT THE WATCHES?

Our watches are also made of 100% Eco-friendly and sustainable high quality wood. Some with stainless steel case for that strong and luxury feel. 

DO THE SUNGLASSES HAVE UV PROTECTION?
Yes, our sunglasses have the best polarized lenses with UV 400 protection and also UVA & UVB protection. They also come with a fun tester card inside the package to check on the polarized lenses. 

ARE THE FRAMES WATERPROOF?
All of our sunglasses frames that are made of wood/bamboo material can take some rain and sweat, but they're not waterproof. We do not recommend to wash or soak them underwater. Do not take them for a swim in the pool or the ocean. If it gets excessively wet, try to quickly dry the sunglasses with clothes and leave them in the open air. 

HOW ABOUT HEAT?
We also do not recommend excessive heat. So please put your sunglasses back into the microfiber pouch provided when not in use and avoid putting them close to fire or on your car dashboard. 


HOW STRONG ARE THE FRAMES?
They can last a long time with proper care. Since they are made of wood/bamboo, please be gentle with your sunglasses. Do not bend or twist the frames as it may cause physical damage and break the wood. Please use both hands when taking off your sunglasses. It may not look as cool as just using one hand, but it will keep the frames to stay aligned.   


HOW TO CLEAN THE FRAMES?
Try to avoid the use of detergent or any dishwashing liquid. Please use the microfiber cloth we provided to wipe clean any loose dirt and damp cloth to wipe all surfaces of the sunglasses clean. Waxes such as beeswax/lip-balm/walnut oil may lightly brushed on using a clean microfiber cloth.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES? 
Our products usually take 12-20 business days to arrive although most of the times they do arrive sooner. In some cases orders can arrive later please allow up to a maximum of 50 days to receive your order. If 50 days have gone and you haven't received your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help track down your items and also providing you with solutions with either a full refund or a replacement. 

WHERE ARE MY PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?
To give you the best affordable price in the market and Free Standard International Shipping, Axel Xaverio sourced and supply our products from different places such as Australia, China, United States, and Russia. So majority of the time, our products will be shipped from one of those countries depending on our stock level. 

IS IT REALLY FREE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
100% Yes! FREE Standard International Shipping on all orders!

WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO SHIP MY PRODUCTS?
After your payment is processed and confirmed, and because our products are 100% Handmade, please allow between 3-5 Business Days for processing time before we ship out your order. Excluding weekends and public holidays which may have an impact on how fast we can ship them.


WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a follow up email with Tracking Number after your order has been shipped and you can track your order by entering your tracking number at www.17track.net/en. Please allow a couple of days after it has been shipped to see updates on your order. It may take some time before you can see an update on where your orders are.

We accept most major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Unfortunately, we don't accept money orders or cheques. 

DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS/RETURNS?
Yes we do but certain conditions apply please read our refund policy page.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes if you contact us before your order is shipped, we can cancel your order. You will receive a notification email when your product is shipped. Once your order has been shipped unfortunately we can't cancel your order and give you a refund until you receive the product and send it back to us on your own expense in their original condition (unused and in their original packaging). Please contact us first before sending out anything.
